1. How To Enter: Sweepstakes begins June 30, 2008 and ends September 30, 2008. Four ways to enter: 1) Check-in and complete a stay at a participating Red Roof property during the promotional period, to receive an entry into the sweepstakes. 2) Existing RediCard members (those who are active members with current updated email addresses) will automatically receive one entry into the sweepstakes drawing. 3) If you do not have a RediCard, you may apply for one online (between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on June 30, 2008 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008) or complete an enrollment form at a participating hotel and you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one RediCard entry per person. 4) On a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand print your name, complete address, phone number, date of birth and email (if any) and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Red Roof Livin' Easy Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7974, Melville, NY 11775-7974. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2008 and received by October 7, 2008, to be eligible. Limit one entry per envelope. 3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and their families of Red Roof Inn and its member companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, printers of each of these entities and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., are not eligible to win. This offer is void wherever prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

General Rules: The potential Grand, First and Second Prize winners will be required to sign and return via mail an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and another winner will be selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from all eligible entries received. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination and all other eligible entries received. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Winners consent to the use of their names, addresses (city and state), likenesses, voices, photographs and biographical information by the Sponsor, and their partners for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation and without restrictions, unless prohibited by law.

Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Ohio, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Ohio.
